“But there was no need to be ashamed of tears, for tears bore witness that a man had the greatest of courage, the courage to suffer.”

― Viktor E. Frankl

Our Vision

To foster compassion, unwavering acceptance, and resilience within our community through mindful therapeutic practices that promote personal growth, authenticity, and genuine connection.

You know what? You‘re imperfect, and you‘re wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.” Brene Brown

We all understand the value of human connection, of feeling seen and heard, and having someone look at us in a way that says, “At the heart of healing is authentic connection. It involves engaging deeply with your experiences, recognizing and validating your feelings, and creating a space where your perspective is genuinely valued”

About Aleksandra Gavric

The Path to True Connection and Worthiness

Embracing Vulnerability

Living “wholeheartedly” means approaching situations and relationships with courage, compassion, and the ability to connect. It involves risking vulnerability and showing your whole self in the intimacy of the moment. Unfortunately, it’s a vicious cycle: those who do not feel worthy avoid vulnerability, missing out on intimacy and connection.

I acknowledge how tough it is to face your fears and risk being vulnerable. It is one of the scariest things you can do, exposing yourself whole and imperfect. The dangers include loneliness, rejection, sadness, despair, and worse yet, shame, guilt, or regret. However, the alternative—a life safe from these dangers—is one where you may never experience connection, love, acceptance, and worthiness.

You have a choice.

It’s not easy but it is simple. To those already out there risking their feelings and sharing their true selves, I applaud your bravery, courage, compassion, and willingness to connect despite the risks. I know you are worthy.
