Free Mental Health Resources for Alberta Medical & Rehabilitation Clinics

Supporting Clients Where Counselling Access is Limited

We’ve created a collection of free mental health resources for clinics to support clients experiencing stress, burnout, emotional strain, or functional challenges alongside physical health or disability-related concerns.

These materials are designed to be easy to share, non-clinical, and appropriate for use in medical, rehabilitation, and allied health settings. Clinics across Alberta are welcome to download and use these resources at no cost.
